Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Trainer to join our Governance and Risk department. As a Regulatory Compliance Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure users have the knowledge they need to implement and use changes to Financial Services sales processes, systems, modelling tools, and documentation effectively and compliantly.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions to meet those needs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all training materials and programs are compliant with NFU Mutual and Industry regulatory standards.
