Job Description
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients across various sectors, preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns, and advising clients on tax planning and tax issues associated with business acquisitions and mergers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have a professional accounting or tax qualification, significant experience within a tax role in a professional services firm, strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, excellent client liaison and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client outcomes.
