Job Overview

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team in the renewable sector. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of commercial Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Supervise and train site staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying and mitigating any potential issues


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in the renewable sector
  • Strong knowledge of commercial ASHP and Solar PV systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
