Senior Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service in East Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate holistic care for patients
• Develop integrated care plans in partnership with patients and other healthcare professionals
• Order equipment and refer patients to other services as necessary
• Lead and support junior staff in assessing and reassessing patients with complex needs
• Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team to provide high-quality patient care
• Identify and address any deterioration in patients' condition, taking appropriate action
• Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs
• Support in duty role and complete triages
• Support the Clinical Lead in managing the team

• Registered healthcare professional (NMC or HCPC registration) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting
• Valid UK NMC PIN
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex information to individuals and groups
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
