About the Job:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Traffic Marshall to join our team in the Gloucester area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in traffic management and control, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of all personnel on site.

This is a permanent position, with opportunities for career progression and professional development. We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating traffic flow and pedestrian movement
    • Maintaining accurate records and reports
    • Participating in site inductions and training sessions

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid CSCS card
  • Have a current Traffic Marshall qualification
  • Provide one working reference
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a related field
