About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Mental Health & Addiction Service as a Project Worker. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, covering the Southern Trust Area, including Armagh, Dungannon, and Newry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism, and addictions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure individuals receive dignified and person-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, promoting Inspire's values and services.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
