About the Role


We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer - Performance Improvement to join our manufacturing team at Mondelēz International. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process excellence and performance improvement across our manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and quality gains
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process barriers and constraints
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training programs
  • Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process metrics and reporting to track performance and progress

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in process improvement and performance optimization
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
