We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Construction Team as an Apprentice Construction Site Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Site Managers and contribute to the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Construction Team, including typing, copying, and distributing correspondence and information.
  • Entering data into our systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders via email and other means.
  • Assisting with ordering stock and managing supplies.
  • Supporting the Site Managers in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
