About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Stourbridge shop, driving sales, fostering community connections, and ensuring our shop thrives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, pricing, and promotions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of volunteers to support store operations

Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, with a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
