Marketing Director EMEA Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director EMEA to join Procore's Marketing Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that effectively support business expansion and customer acquisition, driving new growth opportunities across multiple territories. The ideal candidate will own and drive strategic plans that align with sales goals, fostering strong in-country brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation of annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment across all marketing channels and departments.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, events, and traditional marketing.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with local sales account managers, solution specialists, and product marketing teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of integrated growth campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, with a focus on global strategy and integration, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strategic thinker with broad functional experience spanning consumer insights, brand strategy, and marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing integrated strategic marketing plans.
  • Ability to effectively use technology and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes.
