About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the In Patient Services department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities accessing short breaks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care needs to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Support the Unit Manager in setting and maintaining high standards of care within the resources available.
  • Assist the Unit Manager in participating in the review and monitoring of these on a continuous basis through the processes and mechanisms of Clinical Governance.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Registration as a Nurse Learning Disabilities or Mental Health.
  • Evidence of professional development.
