Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Catering Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of our catering services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a quality, market-leading, and customer-oriented service to our clients
- Ensure the smooth planning and delivery of a first-class service while managing business needs and performance standards
- Act as a brand custodian for the service delivery provided at The Stoop, striving to deliver market-leading initiatives to ensure a quality guest experience
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor performance
- Be proactive in your approach to service delivery, striving for quality and improvement at all times, and lead a team with confidence
- Be responsible for and meet the legal and Company requirements for fire, safety, health, and hygiene
- Ensure effective staffing levels are implemented throughout the catering operation to provide excellent customer service within agreed standards and financial targets
- Provide detailed information relating to cost of sales and sales mixes, analysis, and provide suitable recommendations to ensure that these are delivered
- Oversee the implementation of staffing planners to effectively set up and clear down areas of responsibility in line with business needs and in line with set targets
- Place orders directly with relevant suppliers, in line with company policies, and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed
- Oversee and improve all elements of Operation financial results
