Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of £23,800 - £26,000 + bonuses + overtime (estimated total earnings £50,000 to £70,000). We also provide flexible working arrangements and a company vehicle, fuel card, and expenses.

Job Description
As a Trainee Enforcement Agent with us, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients recover debts in a professional and respectful manner. Your primary responsibilities will include visiting debtor properties, setting up repayment arrangements, and compiling reports. You will also work independently, often in different geographical areas each day, and handle cash payments where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a full UK driving license (held for at least 2 years) and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. While previous experience is not necessary, we do expect you to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
