Job Title: Physical Health Champion

Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Health Champion to lead our efforts in improving the physical health outcomes of patients with severe and enduring mental health problems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health promotion initiatives, providing expert clinical guidance to nursing staff, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve improved patient outcomes.

The salary for this position is approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health promotion initiatives that improve the physical health outcomes of patients with severe and enduring mental health problems.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality physical health care.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve improved patient outcomes.
