Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our dynamic Repairs & Maintenance team at Reed Property & Construction in Havant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and executing repairs to meet customer specifications and contractual scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and carry out repairs within the customer's specifications and scope of contract (quality, time, and cost)
  • Undertake all aspects of Plumbing repairs/maintenance work
  • Assess work requirements on site and diagnose the right repair(s) first time
Requirements
  • A full, clean driving licence
  • Previous plumbing experience working on social housing contracts or undertaking domestic repairs
