Industrial Door Engineer

Location: Taunton

Salary: £40,000 basic salary + Annual bonus

A leading facilities management company and industrial door maintenance specialist is seeking to expand its engineering team with the addition of six new Engineers, one of which will be based in and around Taunton. This opportunity has arisen due to increased demand from their customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, service, maintain, and repair industrial doors, steel doors, high speed doors, roller shutters, and sectional doors.
  2. Occasionally work on loading bays and automatic doors if capable.
  3. Basic electrical wiring.
  4. Fault finding on electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working on industrial doors, speed doors, and loading bay equipment.
  2. Ideal experience working on gates, barriers, and automatic doors.
  3. Hold relevant industry qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 Industrial Door Maintenance, CSCS Card, PASMA, IPAF.
  4. Hold a clean driving licence.
