Job Title: Field Trainer

As a Field Trainer at Moncler Spa, you will play a key role in developing the retail teams in Central Europe through induction, training, and coaching on the floor. Your primary focus will be on contributing to business growth and meeting the needs of the Area, country, and store.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a consistent onboarding and induction program for new employees, including managers and office staff.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other programs to enhance selling skills and client focus.
  • Collaborate with the Buying team to facilitate product training and support new store openings and projects rollout.
  • Support in-store clienteling initiatives and OMNI services training and integration.
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching on selling skills and coach store managers and managers.
  • Improve the format of morning briefs to make them more interactive and educational.
  • Initiate and run training activities to support business needs.
  • Be a role model on the shop floor, supporting sales when needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience with a proven ability to develop teams, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality setting.
  • Shop floor experience is essential.
  • Experience in training and coaching is required.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) and PC devices is required.
  • Fluency in English is necessary, with any additional language skills being a plus.
Personal Profile:
  • Ability to motivate others and self-motivated.
  • Commercial awareness and driven to achieve results.
  • Ability to perform behavioral analysis and source creative solutions to drive change.
  • Credible and respected by both managers and team.
  • Flexible and able to work during weekends if needed.
