Early Years Education Specialist

We are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and creative Early Years team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in young lives and have a genuine enthusiasm for early years education.
The role involves supporting the teacher in planning and delivering exciting activities that inspire curiosity and creativity in our children. This includes developing social, emotional, and physical skills through play-based learning and exploration.
The successful candidate will contribute to creating a vibrant, stimulating classroom environment where every child feels safe, happy, and engaged. They will provide tailored support for children, ensuring their unique needs are met and they thrive both academically and socially.

**What We're Looking For:**
- A genuine passion for early years education - you're enthusiastic about working with children aged 3-5.

- Strong communication skills - you're confident in building relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Experience or qualifications in Early Years Education (EYFS) is desirable, but a love for working with children is a must.
