Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Goodman Masson. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage landlord compliance contracts to ensure that all necessary programs are in place to capture all areas of landlord compliance.
  • Procure and manage compliance contracts to provide excellent customer service.
  • Deal with or escalate performance issues where necessary.
  • Provide monthly progress reports on compliance areas, including performance, KPIs, program, quality assurance, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in the housing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord compliance regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business.
