Director of Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Hospital Director to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd, responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of an independent mental health hospital in Leeds.
**Salary:** £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
As Deputy Hospital Director, you will play a crucial role in upholding the hospital's philosophy, objectives, and professional health standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of staff in a mental health setting, ensuring excellent care delivery and operational performance.
- Managing a diverse workforce to maintain high-quality care and service outcomes.
- Fostering commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Qualified Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- 3 Years experience in Hospital based Management.
- Extensive experience within a secure Mental Health setting.
You will also have a proven track record in a management role within the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of mental health issues and a passion for improving clinical quality and patient care.
