Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Reeson Education is seeking a skilled Cover Supervisor to join our team of education professionals. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff and ensuring the smooth operation of classes.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Supervising students during lessons and breaks
  • Providing support to students with special educational needs
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of education principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clear and up to date Enhanced DBS
