Your focus on operational excellence will enable us to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, staff discount on bingo tickets and food, and access to training and development opportunities.

- Previous experience of managing a team in a face-to-face customer service role, ideally within a leisure, gaming, hospitality, or retail environment.
