About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Effectiveness Analyst to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our Working Capital team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining good financial hygiene and driving billing activity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive improvement in Work-in-Progress (WIP) and lock-up while maintaining billing quality and financial housekeeping within the Groups.
  • Develop innovative solutions to WIP management, identifying effective ways to improve efficiencies and reduce risk in collaboration with Commercial Finance Managers and Partners.
  • Undertake specific firm-wide projects, including WIP audits, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Support the education of fee earners, partners, and PAs in financial processes and procedures relating to engagement and the cash cycle.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects to support the wider finance function and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements
  • Evidenced experience of supporting revenue management and control processes, including credit control and legal cashiering.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT systems, specifically across MS packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
