About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our store team at Lidl. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our store, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the store's appearance by thoroughly cleaning all areas, including trolley bays, car parks, and outside spaces.
  • Operate industrial cleaning machinery with confidence and efficiency.
  • Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Ensure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are upheld at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach and keen eye for detail are essential.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Drive and independence to carry out tasks efficiently.
