Yunex Traffic is seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team in Northern England or Central Scotland. As an HSQE Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met and exceeded across the North Region.

• Support and facilitate effective and proportionate management of HSQE across the North Region.
• Develop positive and proactive business relationships with all stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice, coaching, training, and support delivery of risk management programs.
• Monitor and improve implementation of risk assessments, work instructions, and KPIs.
• Support accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in maintaining ISO and FORS (Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme) accreditation and support internal and external audits.

• Recent and demonstrable experience as an HSQE Advisor.
• Level 3 qualification in health and safety (essential); Level 6 (preferred).
• Excellent communication, proactive support, and ability to act as a role model.
• Subject matter expert with specialist advice and support capabilities.
• Membership of an appropriate professional body; Chartered membership (desirable).
