About the Role:

• Job Title: Sous Chef
• Location: Horley, Surrey
• Salary: £34,000 to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Lead a team of chefs to ensure high standards of food quality and service
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
• Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
