About the Role

We are seeking a skilled butcher to join our team at Booker Group. As a butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat to the highest standards, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cutting meat to order
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working closely with the Butchery Manager and department team
  • Supporting the Butchery sales and profit
