Seed Recruitment Consultants ltd is seeking Registered Nurses to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
Main Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health and well-being, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized care plans.
