About the Role

We are seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join our team at Oliver Bonas. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the team is aware of the store's sales target and current performance.
  • Act as a role model by delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping the team achieve similar high standards.
  • Hold daily briefing sessions to share information about store targets and focuses.
  • Support the team in the manager's absence.
  • Follow company guidelines for cash handling and replenishment needs.
