CMM Programmer

£38,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience + Benefits

The Job:

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimising CMM programs for complex measurement requirements, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. CMM Programme Development: Utilise MCosmos to develop and optimise CMM programmes for complex measurement requirements.
  2. Measurement and Analysis: Conduct precise measurements, analyse results, and validate component dimensions to meet industry standards and client specifications.
  3. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality team to maintain compliance with quality standards and suggest improvements where needed.
  4. Client and Team Collaboration: Liaise with clients and internal departments to understand project requirements and provide feedback on quality and measurement processes.
  5. Strong background in dimensional measurement and CMM programming.
  6. Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
