Job Description

At CV Library, we are seeking a skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to utilize their skills and experience in business systems analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and supporting critical business process changes. They will also manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the delivery of new features and changes.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 + Benefits and a hybrid working model. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience within a Business Systems Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with key business stakeholders to determine business needs and requirements.
  2. Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the delivery of new features and changes.
  3. Co-ordinate end-users, software vendors and development resources.
  4. Support users with change control, release planning and system updates, contributing to training and user manuals.
  5. Demonstrate leadership skills through mentoring and coaching the wider team.

Ideal Skillset:

  1. Agile ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  2. Ability to effectively engage and support stakeholders throughout the business.
  3. Able to bridge business and technical concepts.
  4. Translate business needs to technical teams.
  5. Previous experience within a Business Systems Analyst Role.
  6. MS Excel, O365, SharePoint.
  7. Salesforce (desirable).
