NARS Makeup Artist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Makeup Artist to join our team at NARS Stratford, working 22.5 hours per week over 3 days. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing our high-fashion and high-style makeup products, and inspiring self-expression and creativity in our customers.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, reporting to the Area Sales & Education Manager NARS. You will be part of a dynamic team that values artistry, service, and personality. As a Makeup Artist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through innovative and artistry-led training, and contribute to the growth and success of our brand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through one-to-one sessions and events, showcasing your artistry skills and product expertise.
  • Use your creativity and product knowledge to inspire self-expression and confidence in our customers.
  • Develop strong connections with customers through our customer engagement approach, securing brand loyalty and driving sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the success of our brand.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable retail Makeup Artistry experience.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Alignment with our company values and working principles.
