Senior Accountant Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join their team in Chorley. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, preparing statutory accounts, tax computations, and providing advice on various matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory accounts, management accounts, and business and personal tax returns.
  • Provide expert advice on various financial matters, utilizing your knowledge of cloud software.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Accountancy Practice.
  • ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
  • Proficient in cloud software, with a strong working knowledge.
