About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to lead our Beauty Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns for top-tier beauty clients.

About the Team: Our client is a dynamic PR and communications agency based in Bristol, with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and effective PR strategies.

About the Job: As a Beauty Division Head, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic PR campaigns for top-tier beauty clients
  • Leveraging your extensive network of beauty media contacts and influencers to amplify client messages
  • Overseeing the creative direction of PR campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and budgets
  • Providing expert crisis management and problem-solving support to clients

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of PR experience (agency or client side), with a strong background in beauty or aesthetic medicine
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • A robust network within the beauty industry, with a history of securing impactful media coverage
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and lead innovative PR campaigns
