Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in managing projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing QS and EA functions, including cost estimates, contract administration, and tender documentation. They will also provide professional advice to clients and work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a QS/EA in a consultancy or contractor
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Experience working in Social Housing/Local Authority would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of JCT Traditional, Design & Build, Intermediate and Minor Works Contracts is desirable
