Job Title: Sub Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sub Agent to join our team at Cavendish Professionals. As a Sub Agent, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of projects, working closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain responsibility for commercial performance of the project
  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects
  • Preparation of RAMS and supervise delivery of them
  • Comply with Health & Safety policy and defined standards and processes when managing and delivering projects, undertake risk assessments, report incidents, accidents and near misses where appropriate
  • Aid Project Manager / Contracts Manager in developing client relationships within the key strategic work areas

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Section Engineer ready to take a step up or similar
  • CSCS, SMSTS, 2x References
  • Relevant experience within civils and piling
  • Degree within Engineering, Construction or similar
