Main Duties of the Job

Cygnet Lodge Lewisham is a specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation service for men. We support 17 men in a homely environment, focusing on pre-discharge planning and preparation for community life.

Your key responsibilities include supporting individuals with daily activities, providing occupational therapy assistance, and contributing to their overall well-being.
