Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the FMCG industry. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, equipment, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across our facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities, including vacuum packers, portioning and dosing machinery, check weighing and metal detection systems, labelling and coding equipment, conveyor systems, automated slicing machinery, tray sealers, and building fabrications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including utility supply maintenance, forklift truck servicing, and lifting equipment maintenance.
- Manage and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) including fire alarm and automated lighting systems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure effective maintenance planning, execution, and documentation.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in an engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
