Job Title: PhD Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PhD Research Scientist to join our team at The Post At Mint Hill Llc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in liver research, specifically in the areas of cancer immunology and mitochondrial medicine.

Job Description:
  • RS64: Cancer Immunology
    • Manage and coordinate a project exploring immunomodulatory properties of the extracellular matrix in liver cancers.
    • Perform data collection and analysis, literature review, manuscript preparation.
    • Present findings at scientific meetings and conferences.
    • Mentor and supervise junior team members and visiting students.
  • RS66: Mitochondrial Medicine
    • Develop a project on mitochondrial transplantation or targeting mitochondrial dynamics for Alcohol-related Liver Disease.
    • Manage and coordinate the project with a focus on translational medicine.
    • Perform data collection and analysis, literature review, manuscript preparation.
    • Present findings at scientific meetings and conferences.
    • Mentor and supervise junior team members and students.
Requirements:
  • PhD in a relevant field (e.g. biology, biochemistry, medicine).
  • Strong background in liver research, specifically in cancer immunology and mitochondrial medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
