Job Description:

As a Rapid Response Care Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients in their own homes. This will involve following individual care plans and assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.

You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework, ensuring our clients live safely and supported lives. Our clients appreciate your kindness, empathy, and understanding, which makes all the difference to their well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • No prior social care experience is necessary; we welcome applications from those with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
  • You'll need to be resilient and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
