Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Primary Age Group Activity Coordinator to lead our Fun Week programme at Fareham Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team, ensuring they deliver the programme to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate your team to ensure they deliver the programme to a high standard
  • Liaise with parents/carers, staffing team, and Directors on a regular basis
  • Ensure sessions delivered are challenging, realistic, and fun for primary-aged children
  • Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care
  • Deliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently
  • Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & Educational
Requirements:
  • Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children
  • Has experience working at children's holiday camps and/or a childcare setting
  • Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and general practice
  • Punctual, Reliable & Committed
  • Has experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children
  • Strong communication & organisational skills
  • Able to interact well with staff, parents/carers, and children

Estimated Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
