**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our team at Legal Southwest. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in conveyancing and be able to provide a high-quality service to clients.

The role involves running conveyancing files, communicating with clients and estate agents, and ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Run conveyancing files and provide a high-quality conveyancing service in line with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, estate agents, other solicitors, and lenders.
  • Check off tasks on the case management system and provide progress updates to clients and estate agents.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid working.
  • Company Pension.
  • 25 days' holiday (3 mandatory at Christmas).
