Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Excellence Specialist to join our UK & Ireland team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, ensuring flawless guest experiences, and optimizing property management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Operational Performance: Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clean ratings, check-in success, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Utilize data analysis skills to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and inspire a high-performing team of Operations Associates, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. Set high standards for performance and ensure each team member meets their responsibilities.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and reporting tools to analyze trends and identify opportunities for process improvements. Make informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Execute initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across UK & Ireland markets. Contribute to Houst's broader growth goals by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Hands-On Support: Provide support to daily operations as needed, ensuring consistency and reliability in managing inbound requests, scheduling, and supplier communications.
