The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plastering, patch repairs, and larger areas, as well as additional skills in painting, mould wash, re-pointing, and basic carpentry. Experience working in social housing is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to various locations, including OX, HP, HA, UB, SW, GU, and RG post code areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing

• Work to the Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license

• UK citizenship (not EU)

• Own tools

• Experience of working in social housing

• DBS certificate

• CSCS card
