Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sandmere Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and contributing to the overall well-being of our care home community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assist in the management of the care home environment, ensuring a safe and comfortable living space for residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for residents.
- Supervise and support care assistants to ensure they are providing the best possible care to residents.
Requirements:
- RGN/RMN qualified with a valid PIN.
- Experience working with the elderly, preferably in a care home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.
- A 36-hour contract, with opportunities for overtime.
