Business Development Manager B2B Telecom Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding team at Everpool Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profit by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling, leveraging lead generation tools and industry connections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, building and nurturing accounts, and working closely with technical and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the telecom/technology sector.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, including VOIP, connectivity, and support desk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering and exceeding targets.
