Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is a leading mortgage broker and network with a strong reputation in the industry.

We are seeking a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser to join our team in the Brighton area. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will have access to a solid lead source and work in partnership with a market leading business.

The remuneration for this role will be on a self-employed package, with successful candidates earning in the region of £45-50,000 + pa once established.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 12-18 months of experience in whole of market mortgage broking and offering protection advice. Experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful, but not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to join one of the UK's best known mortgage brokers, offering excellent earnings potential and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mortgage advice and guidance to clients
  • Work in partnership with a market leading business to generate leads
  • Meet sales targets and earn a self-employed package
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners

Requirements:

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • 12-18 months of experience in whole of market mortgage broking
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
