Academic Geographer

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dynamic Geography teacher to join their department as soon as possible, on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 with the potential to teach at KS5 if this would be of interest. To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be an excellent classroom practitioner with an enjoyment of working with young people.
• Have effective classroom management and an ability to demonstrate resilience in working with challenging behaviour.
• Be an excellent communicator to a variety of audiences with good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Be a reflective practitioner committed to developing own teaching and learning strategies.

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum
