We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at iCare Solutions, a well-established Home Care Agency in the Manchester area.
About the Role
As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to individuals in a domestic setting, assessing their needs, and encouraging independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to service users, addressing their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Assess care needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Support service users with personal and practical care, as well as health-related tasks.
- Administer medications (where applicable).
Requirements
- Driving license and own vehicle (due to the nature of the role).
- Enhanced CRB check.
What We Offer
iCare Solutions provides full training for Moving and Handling, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Dementia, Medication, and First Aid. Our Care Professionals are equipped with uniforms, hand sanitizers, and PPE.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: £8.00 - £8.50 per hour.
