About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a Physiotherapy Team Leader at Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield. We offer a challenging and rewarding environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide expert physiotherapy services to patients within the outpatient department, ensuring a high standard of care and compassion.
  • To lead the physiotherapy team, promoting excellent practice, collaboration, and innovation.
  • To contribute to the development of physiotherapy services, implementing evidence-based practice and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years' post-graduate clinical MSK experience.
  • Experience in leading Physiotherapy teams and service development.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
